Before sending us a photo of your pooch, please ensure that your image meets the following requirements. Please note that an additional $135 charge is applied to orders with custom pooch photos.
- Image must NOT come from a cell phone.
- Image resolution must between 300–600 dpi.
- Headshot of your pet only. Full body images are not accepted.
- Background of image must be simple.
